A welcoming class where creativity and connection come together. No art experience needed, just a willingness to show up and share space.

Thinking about your goals for 2026? Join us for our first Mindful Art for Wellness class of the year and turn intentions into imagery. It’s a non traditional vision board practice designed to help you clarify what you want and connect to it creatively..

Mindful Art for Wellness offers a creative space for community members (16+) to reflect, breathe, and connect through guided art-making and mindfulness practices. You don’t need to be an artist. Just curious about your own creativity and open to sharing space with others. In partnership with NAMI Glendale, we create a welcoming circle for reducing stress, strengthening resilience, and imagining what’s next.No experience necessary! Just a willingness to try. This session is open to anyone 16 and older, offering a mini reprieve for healing and an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others.
