Let the transformative power of sound guide you as Shawni of The Radiant Being leads a 1.5-hour sound bath meditation. Enveloped in calming, harmonic tones, you'll be immersed in the tranquil ambiance of Lori Markham’s enchanting exhibition, Magical Landscapes. Inspired by the serene beauty of Japanese scenery, her artwork creates a visual sanctuary that harmonizes perfectly with the meditative soundscape.
Bring your essentials for ultimate comfort: a yoga mat or towel to lie on and something soft to cover your eyes. Whether it’s a favorite scarf or a light blanket, these small touches will help you sink deeper into relaxation and fully enjoy the meditative journey.
