Lori Markman is a painter, graphic, and mixed media collage artist whose work has been exhibited nationwide and can be found in many private collections both nationally and internationally.
Her upcoming ace/121 Gallery exhibition, "Magical Landscapes", is a series of mixed media collage on paper, inspired by the beauty, harmony, and aesthetics of traditional Japanese landscape art. Through intricate layering and a vibrant interplay of texture and color, Lori captures the serenity and elegance of natural scenes while infusing them with a contemporary sensibility. Each piece invites viewers to explore a world where tradition meets innovation, evoking a sense of wonder and tranquility.
To enhance the experience, Glendale Arts will host a series of events and activities that celebrate and deepen the connection to the themes of the exhibition.
