Thinking about your goals for 2026? Join us for our first Mindful Art for Wellness class of the year and turn intentions into imagery. It’s a non traditional vision board practice designed to help you clarify what you want and connect to it creatively.
Mindful Art for Wellness offers a creative space for community members (16+) to reflect, breathe, and connect through guided art-making and mindfulness practices. You don’t need to be an artist. Just curious about your own creativity and open to sharing space with others.
